DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU)

All countries will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes  and duties. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales' taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our courier will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.

Please be aware that if you decline to pay these charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct any related charges incurred from the refunded amount of your original purchase.

Insurance

we will not purchase any insurance for all mail orders  (including local and overseas) . The customer is responsible for the loss of mailing and transportation . If customers need to pay for additional insurance for their goods , please contact us directly .

Surface Mail There is no tracking function for surface mail, and guests are responsible for the risk of loss; we will write back the return address in the mail to minimize the chance of loss. Local surface mail will usually arrive 2-4 days after it is sent out. Please be aware that there may be delays due to postal congestion, such as before and after holidays and during the epidemic. We will take photos of all surface mails and keep them for at least three months to protect both us and the guests. If necessary, you can apply to us for relevant photos
